adopted in accordance with 2016 April 27 Provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

lt – an electronic website located at www.irankis.lt.
Social accounts – these are irankis.lt accounts on Facebook, Twitter or others. in social networks that provide information about the Company and the equipment rental services it provides.
A browser is a program used to display internet pages (web pages) on the web or on a personal computer.
Personal data – any information relating to a natural person – a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using data such as a personal identification number, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics of a person signs
Privacy policy – this document, which provides the basic rules for the collection, accumulation, processing and storage of personal data using irankis.lt.
IP Address – Each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address that can be used to identify an individual.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

lt The Privacy Policy provides the basic rules for the collection, storage and processing of Personal data for the User using the irankis.lt website. The rules are prepared taking into account the fact that there is no electronic store on the irankis.lt website and there is no possibility to create an account. Irankis.lt is available only by submitting personal data, submitting a request for equipment rental for work at height.
The privacy policy is intended to protect and defend irankis.lt Users’ Personal Data from illegal use.
The purpose of the privacy policy rules is to regulate the processing of personal data on the Company’s website irankis.lt, ensuring that in 2016 April 27 Compliance and implementation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other related legal acts.
The company’s website irankis.lt may contain links to and from the websites of the company’s partners, advertising suppliers, and related persons. Please note that the websites of other persons, which the Users enter by choosing a link on the irankis.lt website, have their own privacy policies and the Company does not assume any responsibility for these privacy policies. It is recommended that Users familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of these other websites before submitting any of their Personal Data.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION, STORAGE AND USE PROCEDURE

The company on the irankis.lt website gives the User the opportunity to submit a request for equipment rental for work at height by providing personal data: (i) Name; (ii) Email post office; (iii) Subject matter; (iv) Question. A user who does not agree to provide data has the right not to provide data and not to fill out the request form.
The above data is stored for 6 (six) months from the date of the User’s request.
The Company undertakes not to disclose the User’s Personal Data to third parties, except in the following cases:
If there is the User’s consent to the disclosure of Personal Data;
Company partners providing services related to the proper execution of the Services ordered by the User;
The Company may also transfer the User’s Personal Data to third parties who act as Data Processors on behalf of the Company. Personal data can be provided only to those Data Processors with whom the Company has signed relevant contracts or cooperation agreements contain provisions discussing the transfer/provision of personal data and the Data Processor ensures adequate protection of the transferred personal data;
In all other cases, the User’s Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The Company may transfer the personal data of the data subject to governmental or law enforcement authorities upon their request.
Despite the fact that the Company makes all reasonable efforts to protect Personal Data, the Company cannot guarantee the secure transmission of data to the website. Any data transfer procedures are performed exclusively at the risk of the User. From the moment of receiving the data, the Company applies extremely strict procedures for the protection of the User’s Personal Data and technical and organizational measures in order to ensure protection against unauthorized access to the Personal Data.
The Company uses User Personal Data in order to:

This information is used to improve the Company’s website, analyze trends, improve products and services, and administer the Company’s website. The User provides this data voluntarily by using the Services provided by the Company, becoming a registered user of the Company’s website or visiting the Company’s website.

USER RIGHTS

The user has the following basic rights on the irankis.lt website:
Know about the processing of your personal data;
Familiarize yourself with your personal data and how it is handled;
Demand correction or destruction of the User’s personal data held by the Company
Do not consent to the processing of the User’s personal data.
The User, who has submitted a written request (together with a document confirming personal identity), has the right to familiarize himself with the User’s personal data processed on the irankis.lt website and to receive information from which sources and which User’s Personal data is collected, for what purpose it is processed and to whom it is provided. The Company, upon receiving the User’s request, provides the requested data or indicates the reasons for refusing to fulfill such a request no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the User’s request in the same form as the User applied or the User agreed to receive information about the data in another way proposed by the Company.
The user can submit a request for familiarization, correction or cancellation of the Personal data collected by the Company in relation to him by e-mail. by e-mail juristas@bokstelis.lt or by registered mail to the Company’s business address address Raudondvario pl. 154 A, Kaunas.
The User must submit any request or instruction related to the processing of Personal Data to the Company in writing in one of the following ways: (i) By sending such a request or instruction to the Company by registered mail at the business address Raudondvarios pl. 154 A, Kaunas; (ii) By sending such a request or instruction to the e-mail address juristas@bokstelis.lt.
Complaints of individuals regarding improper or illegal processing of Personal Data are examined by the State Data Protection Inspectorate, registered office address A. Juozapavičiaus str. 6, LT-09310 Vilnius, www.ada.lt.

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

The Privacy Policy can be read and printed at any time at irankis.lt. Users will always be informed about all future changes and/or additions to the Privacy Policy by publishing the new version of the Privacy Policy on irankis.lt.
The Company is not responsible for connection failures due to which Users of the Company’s website and other persons cannot access the website or use the services.
The Company cannot fully guarantee that the functioning of the Company’s website will be uninterrupted and without any interruptions and errors, that the Company’s website will be completely protected from viruses or other harmful components. The User is informed that any material that the User reads, downloads or otherwise obtains through the use of the Company’s website is obtained exclusively at the discretion and risk of the User, and the User is solely responsible for the damage caused to the User and the User’s computer system.
